I wrote to you a few months ago, saying how pleased I was with your product, particularly with my older reeds.  You responded that I should try it further with newer reeds because other players had gotten good results. Since then, I have been using the patches quite a lot with my new reeds and have found it to improve the response and make the entire "breaking in" process much more comfortable. It is a very helpful product for both the professional and the amateur clarinetist.  Economically, it means less money spent on reeds since more reeds from a box are usable and they will last longer.

A 12 heures 30, j'ai reçu mon colis avec le Claripatch; après le repas, j'ai lu la documentation, j'ai tâtonné 1/4 d’heure, puis j'ai mis la languette B, et j’ai joué de la clarinette de 14 heures 30 à 19 heures; je ne reconnaissais plus ma sonorité qui n’était pourtant pas mauvaise.

Il y avait des années  que je prenais plus autant de plaisir à jouer de la clarinette comme cela.

Je commence à mieux m'y retrouver avec le Claripatch, c'est vraiment très intéressant. Le premier jour, j'ai un peu pataugé, pour dire la vérité. Le second jour, je commence à y voir un peu plus clair.

L’effet est indiscutable. Avec un peu de tâtonnements (surtout pour moi qui ne suis pas professionnel, donc moins rapide à trouver une solution, et moins apte à juger du résultat), je suis arrivé à un certain nombre de cas où l'amélioration de l'anche était indiscutable, pour ne pas dire spectaculaire. Dans d'autres, je ne suis arrivé à rien, mais c'est probablement par manque d'expérience. Curieusement, mes succès jusqu'à maintenant sont surtout obtenus avec F et L, mais c'est probablement une impression provisoire.

Ce qui m'épate est la réalisation mécanique: c'est du beau professionnalisme! Ce n'est pas si évident de réaliser des biseaux allant de quelques dixièmes à quelques centièmes - surtout probablement les deux petites "ailes" qui vont vers la pointe de l'anche. Félicitations!

Votre anneau de plastique est une idée très simple mais commode.

These patches are the ideal alternative to having many mouthpieces and various reeds. I am very pleased and happy with my patches as they convert poor reeds into good reeds and poor mouthpieces into good ones also. I have experimented with many combinations and the patches have been great in selecting a favorite. Will also reduce the cost of reeds considerably.

I am a "Swing Jazz" sax / clarinet player and while I do not have the same demands from reeds as a classical player, I do appreciate any thing that gives a bit of an edge in making slight adjustments to reeds when needed. I have just started to work with the Claripatch, and my early impressions are very positive. It is certainly not a gimmick, and it does appear to do exactly as your advertisements say. I have been playing the clarinet a very long time and never seen anything quite as revolutionary as Claripatch. I continue to be amazed at how well Claripatch works to improve the sound and responsiveness of my reeds.

For the first time last night I played a rehearsal using Claripatch. I was very pleased in that the old reed I was using held up very well for nearly three hours. Without the patches (N, S, R), it barely played at all.

The phenomenon of Claripatch still amazes me. I do understand more or less how it works but that in no way diminishes my amazement. I keep saying to myself "How can this be?"

I must say, I am completely knocked out by this product. I have typically gotten quite stressed leading up to recitals because of reeds. No matter how much preparation I put into reeds and try different reeds, they continue to be slightly tempermental before a concert, depending on humity, etc. With Claripatch, I feel I have much more control to "tweak" the reed without feeling Iike I'm going to possibly ruin the reed just before a concert.

This is an incredible product. I also bought it because I have typically spent about $500 a year on reeds. I was looking for a way to cut this cost and get more reeds to actually work for me. This seems to be the answer.

Happy to give claripatch a very good report. Having returned to playing clarinet after many years absence, I now find that with claripatch I can spend most of my available time playing music rather than searching for a reed I can blow on, which is the situation I remember from earlier experiences. Les claripatch ont des capacités étonnantes. Elles permettent de tripler la durée de vie d'une anche. Et quand on connaît le prix d'une boite d'anche, ce n'est pas qqch sans importance. Niveau son en revanche, pas de grand changement. Ce n'est pas en utilisant les Claripatch que quelqu'un qui ne sait pas un stac arrivera à les faire. Et réciproquement, quelqu'un qui sait les faire n'a pas besoin des Claripatch. C'est pour cette raison que je ne conseillerai pas Claripatch à des débutants ; la clarinette est un instrument compliqué avec beaucoup de technique propre aux becs et à l'anche, en rajouter serait trop prématuré.

En conséquence de tout ça, les Claripatch me serviront essentiellement à prolonger la durer de vie des anches. Je les conseillerai à tout clarinettiste confirmé cherchant à réduire ces frais d'anches.

Kann nur sagen das ich mit ihrem Produkt sehr zufrieden bin.
Man kann eine sehr gute Feinabstimmung bei neuen oder schon älteren Blättern machen, das sich sehr positiv auf die Tonqualität und Ansprechverhalten des Blattes auswirkt.
